Open Positions:
As an introductory level carpenter, you will be responsible for loading/unloading tools and materials, using basic hand and power tools, and assisting the more-experienced team members with cutting, assembling, installing, drilling, and any other basic duties as assigned per management. Introductory level carpenters also provide assistance with jobsite housekeeping and material deliveries.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize and maintain job sites to provide safe, efficient, work environments.
- Assist team with general construction tasks (cutting, drilling, assembly, etc.), as assigned
- Actively participate in the removal of existing materials and the installation of new Caulk, foam, install insulation to interior of home, as needed.
- Learn the proper use of hand and power tools.
- Understand, demonstrate, and support the Sims safely culture through compliance of Sims safety policies and practices
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to follow specific written and verbal instructions
- Ability to effectively communicate with field and office personnel
- Ability to multi-task and work at a reasonably fast pace
- Reliable, self-motivated, and punctual
