Deerfield Wisconsin Deck Replacement

For this Deerfield home, we removed the existing decks and built two new structures (18’x12’ and 12’x12’) using AC2 ground-contact-rated treated lumber. Footings were excavated and poured to meet ensuring long-term stability. The decks feature Deckorators Voyage Series in Mesa with a Slate picture frame border, installed with hidden fasteners for a seamless look. Matching fascia and Deckorators Contemporary Railing with a Mesa drink rail add both style and functionality. A 5-foot-wide staircase was built for easy access, and custom aluminum cladding was installed at the house-to-deck junction for added protection.
