Vicki joined Sims in 2021 and has been an invaluable part of our team ever since. She’s the first smile you see when you walk through the door—and you can even hear it when she answers the phone. With her can-do attitude and team-first mentality, she keeps our office running smoothly every day.
Outside of work, Vicki loves spending time with her two kids, grandson, and her ever-entertaining crew of pets, including her dogs and Cockatoo. She’s happiest outdoors, no matter the season—whether it's soaking up the summer sun, enjoying the crisp fall air, or embracing the Wisconsin winter. You’ll often find her at the dog park, exploring trails, or unwinding outside with a good cup of coffee.
